💡 Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancelled  appointments if cancelled  at least 24 hours before the  session.

💡 Process: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment date.

💡Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment  method.

💡 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
